On Tuesday (June 22) Fantasia shared that she was able to bring her newborn daughter Keziah home from the hospital nearly one month after her birth.
Baby Keziah was born on May 23 and had sing in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) ever since. The American Idol season 3 winner revealed the good news on Instagram alongside a photo of her daughter dressed in a white romper with matching booties.
“Welcome home,” Fantasia wrote.

Fantasia, who shares her daughter with husband Kendall Taylor, posted a photo on Instagram stories of the elaborate welcome home sign that greeted her when and Kenziah arrived home. “Thank you so much for making me cry lol!!!” Fantasia wrote. “My baby deserved it because she kicked the NICU Butt”
“Keziah was born a little too early but she is a fighter just like her Mother,” Fantasia wrote on Instagram May 26, three days after her birth. “When you see the words Strength, Determined, Perseverance, and Unbreakable think of Fantasia Monique Taylor.”
The singer also singer shared the first photo of her two week old baby on June 9 as she held her, alongside the caption “Almost home.”
Fantasia is also mom to Dallas Xavier, 9, and Zion Quari, 19.
