Alejandro Aranda aka Scarypoolparty is currently performing dates on a socially distanced acoustic tour. But come this fall, the American Idol season 17 runner-up will be out on tour with Taylor Janzen and X Ambassadors.
“The Beautiful Liar” tour kicks off on October 15 in San Diego California, and ends November 20 in Los Angeles, California. Alejandro will also play several festivals this summer, including the Mad Cool Festival in Madrid Spain on July 2, the Summer Camp Music Festival August 20-22 in Chillicothe, IL and Bonnaroo in Manchester, Tennessee on September 2.

The tour news comes soon after the release of the Pomona, Calif. singer-songwriter’s latest single, the gentle, upbeat “Friends.”
“‘Friends’ is a lighthearted song about being in the talking stage of a relationship and not knowing exactly how to say what you mean,” is how Alejandro describes the track. “It’s also a song that I self-produced and played everything on. I wanted it to be an honest expression in music.”
Alejandro recently released his LOS ANGELES EP, plus 3 videos from the EP including “Universe” featuring nothing,nowhere, “Paradise,” and “Room Full of Cards.”
