America’s Got Talent 2021 – Season 16 Contestant List Revealed

As far as the cast is concerned, there are no changes. Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum and Sofia Vergara all returned to the judges panel. And Terry Crews is back as host.

What’s new are the acts auditioning for the 1 million dollar prize. But not all are new. There are acts returning for a second shot. And singers who got pretty far on other competition shows are also auditioning. For instance, The Voice alums Sarah Potenza, Jej Vinson, Brooke Simpson and Chris Weaver are giving AGT a try. Also, as usual, acts who have appeared on Got Talent shows around the world are auditioning for the current AGT season. 

AGT reveal day took place earlier this week. Many of these acts revealed themselves, and some have been revealed through inside sources. This season’s cast is loaded with many singer standouts but plenty of variety. I noted with an asterisk the contestants that stand out as front runners from what I’ve seen. Of course, this could all change once their auditions air.
