America’s Got Talent Audition: Singer Brooke Bailey Impresses judges with ‘spectacular’ rendition of “Ain’t No Way”

Singer Brooke Bailey impresses the judges with her rendition of “Ain’t No Way” by Aretha Franklin on the final week of America’s Got Talent 2024 auditions.

In an early release clip from NBC, the young singer puts her on stamp on the Aretha Franklin classic, utilize. Her strong tone, vibrato and big range turns her version into a tour de force. The singer bursts into tears as she finishes her performance.

“You had me right at the beginning,” said Heidi Klum. “You really do belong on this stage. My favorite audition of the day today.”

Howie Mandel added, “You have an amazing instrument. .Your voice is really good. You are a really good singer. You have a future ahead of you. I really liked it.”

“The way you sing” said Sofia Vergara. “The feeling that you put into the song, it’s spectacular.”

“I would definitely have a band behind you,” said Simon Cowell

Simon Cowell said, “For you to manage what you are doing with a job, to do something that you love, is incredible.” He added, “If you go further, I would definitely have a band behind you, because you are the kind of artist who would be best where you don’t have the structure of a backing track.” Brooke nodded her head in agreement.

“I really like you as a person,” Simon said. All four judges gave Brooke a yes and an opportunity to move on to the live shows. Brooke gives off total Jordin Sparks vibes, reminiscent to when she won American Idol as a 17 year old singer in 2007.

America’s Got Talent season 19 taped auditions end with episode 8 airing July 23 at 8 pm. The series will take a two week break for the 2024 Summer Olympics before returning with Live shows!
