Brooke Simpson just dropped the first single off her upcoming album “You Only Had One Job.” The Hollister North Carolina native recently finished in fourth place on the 2021 edition of America’s Got Talent. On the show, she highlighted her indigenous roots as a member of the Haliwa-Saponi Native American Tribe.
She also wowed the AGT judges with her big-voiced renditions of contemporary hits such as Ed Sheeran’s “Bad Habits,” Billie Eilish’s “Lost Cause,” and Lizzo’s “Cuz I Love You.” Now she’s ready to create modern classics of her own with the release of “You Only Had One Job,” written by Brooke, Kendall Brower, Kyle Jefferson and Lauren Hungate.

Brooke also competed on The Voice season 13 in 2017 and finished in 3rd place as a member of Team Miley Cyrus. Her standout performances included her Blind Audition, Demi Lovato’s “Stone Cold,” which earned her a 4-chair turn.
