On the heels of releasing her highly anticipated self-titled solo album, Ex-Fifth Harmony member Camila Cabello dropped by Good Morning America to perform on Friday (Jan 12).
After its release, the album quickly shot to No. 1 on iTunes. Not only that, girlfriend was trending ALL DAY on social media. How excited is Camila to release her first album? “I’m so excited,” Camila told GMA co-host Michael Strahan. “I literally, I couldn’t sleep last night!” She said. “My heart was beating so fast…I feel there’s been so much buildup to this moment. There’s been a year of build up [and] it’s finally today. It’s crazy.”
On her reaction when she found out President Obama added her hit song “Havana” to his list of favorite songs, she said. “I started crying! I filmed the video and I sent it to all my friends.” She said, “I just love the Obamas, I love that family.” Impressed with his selections, she added, “I thought his playlist was poppin.”
