On Sunday night (April 29) Carrie Underwood sang the national anthem before Game 2 of the Predators’ second round Stanley Cup Playoffs series against Winnipeg at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

The American Idol season 4 winner is married to Preds forward, Mike Fisher, and kicked off the trend of country music stars singing the anthem during the playoffs in 2017. So far, Rascal Flatts, Brad Paisley, Maren Morris, Dierks Bentley and Del McCoury have performed the anthem during the Pred’s current playoffs run.
