Today (Sept 14) is a big day for Carrie Underwood. The American Idol season 4 winner released her new studio album Cry Pretty.
The night before release day, Carrie kicked off her promo tour for Cry Pretty with a stop at the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. With New York City’s famed Central Park as a backdrop, the country star shared anecdotes about how a viral infection landed her in a German hospital, how her three year old son Isaiah is coping with his impending big brotherhood, thoughts on being a first time record producer, and more. Bonus: Carrie sings the “Ducktales” theme with Jimmy.
