The American Idol 2021 contestants aren’t heading out on a summer tour (coughcoughTMZcoughcough) but that doesn’t stop them from performing concerts together!
The latest group effort features Top 10 contestant Cassandra Coleman. She recently announced a hometown show set for July 3 at 7 pm at the Mulehouse in Columbia, Tennessee.
The singer shared on Instagram: “Tickets available in my bio for my first ever hometown show. Incredibly honored to be joined by some of my indie/folk friends – Wyatt Pike, Graham DeFranco, Franklin Boone, and Redd Daughtery! VIP meet and greet tickets available. Food trucks + free fireworks as well. Live stream tickets will be available soon!!”
The singer updated the post, warning that the tickets were selling fast: “WE’VE ALREADY SOLD MORE THAN HALF OF THE TICKETS!! Buy now if you’re wanting to come!!!”
Wyatt abruptly dropped out of the competition before the Top 12. Graham made it to the Top 16, but served as the finale hero after stepping in while another contestant refused to leave his trailer. Christina “Redd” Daughtery, a Knoxville resident, left early in the competition. But she memorably duetted with winner Chayce Beckham during the Hollywood Round (as did Wyatt and Cassandra!). Franklin was a Comeback contestant from season 2o20.

Wyatt also performed in a hometown show for Julia Gargano in Staten Island, New York on June 6, along with Comeback contestant, Louis Knight, American Idol alum Brielle Von Hugel and more. And American Idol runner-up, Willie Spence, invited fellow contestants Alyssa Wray, Kaya Monce, and Dewayne Crocker Jr. for a June 4 concert in his hometown, Douglas, Georgia.
