Celebrity Big Brother 3 Recap: Episode 14 Elimination Live Blog

Previously, Todrick won HoH and nominated Todd and Lamar for eviction. Tonight two celebrities will be evicted from the Big Brother house. Which three Houseguests will make it to the Final 3? Let’s find out!

The episode picks up after the Nomination Ceremony. We hear from the celebrities in the Diary Room. Todrick points out that Todd has performed better in the competitions than Cynthia or Lamar, so Todd is his target. Todd says it was a smart move, but he’ll get payback if he stays in the house. Cynthia is relieved to not be nominated. Miesha worked with Todd throughout the game, but he’s the biggest threat remaining. Lamar never gives up, but he also says to let the chips fall where they may.

Miesha and Todrick talk after the Nomination Ceremony. Miesha thinks Todd is mad, which annoys Todrick. Meanwhile, the other three talk in the bedroom. Todd says they should have broken up Miesha and Todrick a long time ago. Todd is also annoyed he didn’t get a heads up that he was going on the block. He also speculates that Todrick and Miesha tricked him into getting rid of Carson for them. Lamar says, “I told you so.” Todd says there will be trouble brewing and he will on the warpath if he wins the Power of Veto.

Todd and Lamar talk more later. Todd tells Lamar to save himself with the Power of Veto if he wins it. Lamar says he would’ve told Todd to save himself too. Todd is disappointed to be on the block with Lamar since they have been close allies and friends throughout the game. If Todd wins the Power of Veto, then Lamar could be evicted. While they’re talking, they hear Todrick vocalizing in the background. Lamar says Todrick is not a gracious winner. Meanwhile, Todrick discusses Veto possibilities with Miesha. They agree Lamar will be the target if Todd wins the Power of Veto. He says Lamar and Todd are a duo, but Todd is the main target.

It’s time for the Power of Veto competition. It is a luge inspired competition. They must go down a ramp and try to match a specific time on the clock. They will also play in rounds. The celebrity who wins the final round will win the Power of Veto.

Round 1: Miesha vs. Cynthia. Their target time is 10 seconds. Miesha wins the round.

Round 2: Todrick vs. Todd. Their target time is 14 seconds. Todd wins the round.

Round 3: Miesha vs. Lamar. Their target time is 8 seconds. Miesha wins the round.

Round 4: Miesha vs. Todd. Their target time is 12 seconds. Todd wins the round.

Todd wins the Power of Veto!

We hear from some of the celebrities in the Diary Room. Cynthia knows she will be replacement nominee, but she hopes Lamar is the bigger target. Lamar is glad Todd saved himself. Todrick says “the worst of the worst” has happened with Todd winning the Power of Veto. Later, Todd and Cynthia discuss possible jury votes. Todd believes they would have a better chance beating Miesha in the Final 2 than Todrick. Later, Todrick and Todd talk game too. Todd candidly tells Todrick he will nominate Miesha and Todrick if he wins the next HoH. Todrick shares this information with Miesha, and they are both concerned. They know they will be in trouble if Todd or Cynthia wins the next HoH competition.

It’s time for the live Veto Meeting. Todd decided to use the Power of Veto on himself. Todrick names Cynthia as the replacement nominee.

Next is the live vote and eviction. Lamar calls it a beautiful experience and he loves them all. He says to let the chips fall where they may. Cynthia is proud she made it this far. She thanks them for the laughs and memories. She feels alone in the house without Carson, but she wants to continue on. Afterwards, the celebrities cast their votes.

Miesha votes to evict Lamar.

Todd votes to evict Cynthia.

It’s a tie. Todrick must cast the deciding vote. Todrick stands up, tells Cynthia the house would not be the same without her, and votes to evict Lamar. Lamar has been evicted from the Big Brother house. Lamar gives hugs before walking out the front door. He sits down for his interview with Julie. He says he was prepared for his eviction. He thinks they kept Cynthia because he was very transparent with his Houseguests. Lamar says he played the game by himself. He didn’t want to get too close to people before having to evict them. He did form a close bond with Todd, and he asked Todd to be his sober coach. He learned he was able to handle the ups and downs of the house. Julie asks if he has any message for his ex-wife Khloe. He says he misses her and hopes to see her soon. He thanks CBS for the platform. Julie asks him what’s more difficult between winning two NBA championships and playing Big Brother. Lamar says they are “neck and neck.”

After the interview, Julie announces to the Final 4 that tonight is a double eviction night. Miesha, Cynthia, and Todd will compete in a new HoH competition. They will then play another Power of Veto competition before evicting another celebrity. It will be a 1 vs. 2 competition as Miesha will need to win this HoH to keep both Todrick and herself off the block.

For this competition, they will be shown a series of three movie posters. They will hear audio of friends discussing which movie they want to watch. Based on their discussion, they must identify the movie poster of the film that would suit their preferences. The Houseguest who rings in first with the correct answer will gain a point. The Houseguest with the most points by the end of the competition will be HoH.

Round 1: Todd earns the point.

Round 2: Todd earns the point.

Round 3: Miesha earns the point.

Round 4: Cynthia earns the point.

Round 5: Cynthia earns the point.

Round 6: Miesha earns the point.

Round 7: Miesha earns the point.

Miesha wins HoH!

Miesha must now nominate two Houseguests for eviction. Miesha nominates Todd and Cynthia for eviction.

It’s time for the Power of Veto competition. Each round they must answer a question about an event that happened in the house. They must roll a ball down an icicle ramp and deposit it in the slot with the correct day number. The person or persons with the correct answer (or closest to the correct answer) will earn a point. The Houseguest with the most points will win the Power of Veto.

Round 1: Miesha and Todrick earn a point.

Round 2: Todrick earns a point.

Round 3: Todrick and Cynthia earn a point.

Round 4: Miesha and Todrick earn a point.

Round 5: Todd earns a point.

Round 6: Miesha earns a point.

Round 7: Todrick earns a point.

Round 8: Miesha earns a point.

Round 9: Miesha earns a point.

It’s a tie between Miesha and Todrick. They must answer a tiebreaker question with a number without going over. In seconds, how long was the first HoH competition? Miesha answers 1122. Todrick answers 1750. The correct answer is 999. Miesha wins the Power of Veto!

Miesha decides not to use the Power of Veto. Todrick must now cast the sole eviction vote. Cynthia and Todd will get to make a final plea. Cynthia calls Miesha and Todrick incredible, and she has respect for how they have committed to each other and won competitions. She’s honored to have made it this far. Todd compliments Todrick and says he played the best game. Todrick stands up and votes to evict Todd. Todd has been evicted from the Big Brother house. Todd celebrates his freedom before walking out the door. He sits down for his interview with Julie. Julie asks why he thinks Todrick played the best game. He says Todrick “worked the house.” Todd says he played a good game and he’s proud of himself, and he’s looking forward to seeing his family again. He admits he felt betrayed by Miesha and Todrick, but he understand it’s a game. He says Celebrity Big Brother was the toughest thing for him to do, but he’s happy for the experience and he had a great time. He adds that Lamar is a lifelong friend now. He predicts Miesha and Todrick will be the Final 2. He says he will likely give his jury vote to Todrick. The episode ends with Julie announcing that Chris Kattan will not be eligible to vote due to withdrawing from the game. Since there will only be eight jurors, America will cast the deciding vote if necessary.
