The Tin Roof in Nashville, TN was the setting last night for “Okies and Friends”–a fundraiser to benefit those affected by the devastating tornado in Oklahoma earlier this month.
David Cook performed, along with Zac Maloy, Jaren Johnston and more. David’s bandmate, Andy Skib helped the American Idol season 7 winner debut a new song called “Kiss You Tonight” that’s set to appear on David Nail’s new album.
David was living in Tulsa at the time he auditioned for Idol, so the cause is near and dear to his heart. Check out the melodic ballad below. I like this! It’s got a pretty hook.
