Jimmie Allen and his wife Alexis welcomed their second child together, daughter Zara James on Saturday in Nashville.
The American Idol alum is currently competing on Dancing with the Stars, which airs live on Monday nights.
Hours before the news broke, the country singer announced that his concert in Forest City, North Carolina, was cancelled due to a “family emergency.”
“It’s currently being rescheduled. See y’all soon,” he added mysteriously to his Instagram stories. A bit later, Jimmie posted a baby emoji.
A source tells People magazine, “Everyone is doing great.”
The couple also shares daughter Naomi Bettie 19 months and Jimmie’s son Aadyn, 7, from a previous relationship.

Jimmie and his wife first announced that they were expecting a second child together back in June.
“That’s like nine more years of Disney princesses!” Jimmie told People in a recent interview, about his excitement over having another daughter. “I’m obsessed with Disney World. I’ve always wanted to go inside a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.”
The singer also said he’s “curious” to see how Naomi and their newest addition will “grow up together, being not that far apart.”
Along with competing on DWTS, Jimmie has also been traveling the country playing concerts. He opened for Brad Paisley on his tour, as well as playing his own headlining gigs.
That’s good timing on the kiddo’s part, coming into the world on Saturday, rather than say Monday when Jimmie and his pro partner Emma Slater are set to dance the Foxtrot to “Sandy” for Dancing with the Stars’ Grease week.
Jimmie and Alexis were engaged at Disney World in July 2019 and had set a wedding date last year, but postponed the nuptials due to the pandemic. On May 27, the couple tied the knot at The Lake House Inn in Perkasie, Pennsylvania, where they celebrated with family and friends.
