Ella Henderson finished 6th on X Factor UK season 9 in 2012 after ending up in the bottom 2 with the eventual winner James Arthur (He soon turned out to be a douchebag.).
Simon Cowell’s label SYCO signed her anyway (Reportedly she also got a record deal with Columbia Records for North America.).
Ella started working on her debut album “Chapter One” and co-wrote with Ryan Tedder, Eg White, Biff Stannard, Babyface, Claude Kelly, Salaam Remi, TMS, and Diane Warren.
Ella co-wrote “Ghost” with OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder. The music video was filmed in New Orleans.
