After revealing some brand new songs last night, Glee co-creator, Ryan Murphy hit twitter to answer questions from fans, and as he always does, he revealed a few spoilers! Check them out.
SPOILERS: Ryan Murphy took to twitter to answer a few questions and spill a few spoilers!
- Naya Rivera tweeted on 9/4: Early morning back at McKinley for some sweet serenade time with Brittany (Heather Morris). Ryan Murphy revealed last night that the song is “Mine” by Taylor Swift. It’s her first Season 4 song.
- Rachel (Lea Michele) gets a BIG song in the premiere. Ryan didn’t spill, but it might be a Barbra Streisand song.
- Mercedes (Amber Riley) will return to Lima to mentor the new kids!
- Ryan also tweeted that Sam (Chord Overstreet) and Blaine (Darren Criss) will become “best buds” and that we can look forward to some great Kurt/Finn scenes.
- Glee will do a Pink song in Episode 5 (Glee Project winner, Blake Jenner, will be introduced in this episode)
- Tina and Brittany are the featured female voices in “Call Me Maybe” in case you were wondering.
- Kurt (Chris Colfer) will sing again! Even if he has no reason, contextually to do so. His first number will be with Sarah Jessica Parker who plays his mentor, Isabelle, at Vogue.com where he’ll be an intern.
- Classic rock songs to be performed on Glee include The Beatles, Foreigner and Queen.
- Brittany has two big songs in the Brittany 2.0 episode. “Gimme More” and “Hold It Against Me”.
- Ryan LOVES Mika. He asks fans who should sing “Grace Kelly” (I say KURT)
- Ryan really REALLY REALLY wants to do a Moulin Rouge tribute.
