Today, Glee co-creator, Ryan Murphy, released this first look banner for the episode, which will also serve as a celebration of the life of Cory Monteith–the actor who played the loveable quarter back–who died from a deadly mixture of heroin and alcohol in Vancouver, Canada in July.
