10 Things You May Not Know About Me: Justin Guarini of ‘Wicked’ – 1. I had to choose either the stage or Idol I was at a crossroads in my life there in 2002. I had a choice to either go into the company of The Lion King or to do American Idol. I could’ve gone either way, but with the success I was having in L.A. I felt I should just keep going with that. And ten years later, I came full circle. The past four years have been steep with musical theater with doing that first Broadway show and really great regional shows, I feel really lucky. – Read more at New York

Seven years later they were recasting the show and [director] Joe Mantello and [producer] David Stone had actually gone to see Romeo and Juliet, and I was on the short list for a Fiyero replacement. Dancing’s Derek Hough: I’m So Proud of Amy – Thanks for all your votes and messages this week. They’ve really meant a lot to us, Amy especially. The waltz was a hard one for us, but we pushed through and I’m so proud of Amy and how well she did. We had our usual pep talk before we went out to dance and I just told her to really enjoy it. At the end of our performances, Amy is quick to criticize herself. As soon as we finish, she’ll point out what she did wrong or say, “I was off-balance” or something. As I’m holding her, she’ll say something in my ear. So I told her, “The moment after you finish the dance, when everyone’s applauding, just soak it in and enjoy that moment. You’re denying yourself that by immediately critiquing yourself. Enjoy it.” – Read more at TV Guide
