The final charts are in and Tori Kelly looks to have a lock on the number 2 spot on both the album and combined charts. Canaan Smith opens at 13th on the sales chart, but tumbles to 35th on the combined chart. I suspect they aren’t counting his current single sales against the album (but against the EP) because it seems that his TEAs should be higher than that. Adam Lambert spends his second week at 25th on the sales and 39th on the combined. his sales drop is in the middle of expected drops (70% for most albums these days – 80% for hotly anticipated albums) with more stability on the SPS chart. Fifth Harmony once again does not chart on sales, but achieves top 30 on combined.
Breaking Benjamin tops both charts followed by Tori, Kacey and James (last week’s number one). Taylor Swift is fifth this week trading places with Leon Bridges between the sales and combined chart. Ed Sheeran gets as many points from TEAs/SEAs as he does from album sales to finish 7th on the combined, one spot up from the sales. Sam Hunt also moves up a spot (majority of units from TEAs/SEAs) to finish 7th and Maroon 5 makes a massive jump from 29th in sales to 9th on the combined. Teen Beach 2 closes out the top 10.
