Just one milestone to kick of the month of February on the Mediabase Monday Morning report. The Voice’s Vedo goes top 30 on Rhythmic with his latest track “You Got It”. The song is also tracking in the top 30 on Urban and UAC.
Returning to previously seen heights, we have Ingrid Andress’s “Lady Like” back on the HAC chart. Once again in the top 40 on Country is Chase Rice’s “Drinkin’ Beer Talkin’ God Amen”. That is a collaboration with Florida Georgia Line who seems to be on everybody’s dance card. Finally, Morgan Wallen sees his latest single, “7 Summers” bounce back into the top 15 on Country. It was previously there during his album debut.
Speaking of that album, BB reports that “Dangerous: The Double Album” tops the Billboard 200 chart for a 3rd week. A country artist hasn’t had three weeks on the top of the chart since Taylor Swift’s “Red” in 2012. Morgan’s album managed to move 130K equivalent albums which included 115K SEAs (-14%, 145.13 streams), 12K in sales (-44%) and 3K TEAs (-22%).
