There are four Milestones to roar in the Month of March.
X-Factor’s Camila Cabello explodes back onto the chart on two formats. Her latest collaboration with Ed Sheehan (the worked together before on “South of the Border”) is called “Bam Bam” and may allude to her break-up with Shawn Mendes. The song debuted in the top 30 on Pop and top 50 on HAC.
Also making moves on the HAC chart are Lauren Spencer-Smith and Tate McRae. Lauren is from American Idol and her “Fingers Crossed” just crossed into the top 20 on HAC. It is top 15 on Pop. Meanwhile, So You Think You Can Dance’s
Tate McRae goes top 40 on HAC with “she’s all I wanna be”.
Over on the BB200, Morgan Wallen’s “Dangerous: The Double Album” remains on the podium at number 3 with 42K equivalent sales (+3%). This is the 59th non-consecutive week for this album to be in the top 10 making it the longest that any Country album has been in the top 10 (previously, Taylor Swift had the record with “Fearless” for 58 weeks). It also has the second longest run of any album in the 2000s trailing Adele’s “21” (84 weeks) and tying Taylor Swift’s “1989” run.
