Three Christmas ditties and a Country song make our milestone chart this week.
First up is Kat’s “I’ll be Home for Christmas” which fairly flew up the chart starting at 32 last week and reaching 14 this week. This track was initially released as a single last year and is not part of her current Christmas album (as far as I can tell). Her “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” reaches top 40 and is from her current Christmas album.
Also making a major leap up the charts is Glee. Their version of “We Need a Little Christmas” (originally from the musical “Mame!”) climbed 99 steps up from the depths of 144th to the heights of 45th.
And, last but certainly not least, is Kelly Clarkson’s duet with Jason Aldean which has reached top 40 on Country. “Don’t You Wanna Stay” is on his current album.
