Queen has scheduled more dates with Adam Lambert-two in the UK to make up for the cancelled July 7 Sonisphere festival, according to a report from 94.7 WCSX
Added to the schedule which already includes a June 30 concert in Moscow are a date in Kiev with Elton John and two early July shows at the Hammersmith Apoll0 in England.
“We’re really excited about it,” Queen drummer, Roger Taylor, says. “Adam…of course he has this unbelievable range, like Freddie (Mercury) had range. Adam can really cover it. He’s an extraordinary singer and a real talent. I feel he fits into our sort of theatricality.”
“We’re just going to see what happens, how well it goes, how we get on,” says Taylor about further dates with Adam.
