Scotty McCreery tweeted confirmation tonight that he will be joining Brad Paisley on his 2012 tour!
Scotty attended the last concert of Brad’s tour in Raleigh, NC Sunday night. When the Idol winner joined the country superstar and his openers and crew onstage for the encore performance of “Alcohol”, Brad invited Scotty to tour.
“Do you want to go on tour with me?” asked Brad. When Scotty nodded yes, Brad replied, “Great, I’m going to take you out next year!”
Tonight, Scotty tweeted confirmation he’d be joining Brad’s tour, “So have yall heard the HUGE news! I’m heading out on the road with @BradPaisley in 2012!it’s really humbling that somebody like him would invite me to tour w/ him. I just hope i’m ready for any pranks he throws my way.. haha. ”

Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood will be co-hosting the CMA awards for the 4th year in a row in November, and currently, Brad and Carrie have a duet “Remind Me”, that’s a hit on country radio. The duo will be singing the song for the first time on national TV during the CMAs
