OOPS. Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space” music video was released by Yahoo this morning…for a minute before the online giant pulled it back. Turns out, it was released by mistake!
But this is the internet. Once it’s out there IT’S OUT THERE! Sorry Swifty. The video’s director, Joseph Kahn, tweeted:
I’ll link video later when I think it’s clear. I think it may be a mistake on yahoo’s part – they may have released it early by accident.

Yup. Yahoo effed up. Wait to see the Blank Space video. Let Taylor introduce it herself. It’ll be worth it :)

The video itself is a self-aware take on Taylor’s reputation as the cray-cray girlfriend. What starts off as a sweet romance with a dream guy, turns nightmarish pretty quickly after the singer catches her dream dude texting another girl. Taylor chews up the scenery in the most amusing ways, including destroying dream dude’s car, taking a knife to his portrait and more. The last shot should have been Taylor, all busted up, at her computer, writing her next hit song! Cause you know that’s how it works.
“Blank Space” is from Taylor’s fifth studio album, 1989, which sold more than 1.2 million copies in its first week!
