OH NO. The singing show supergroup Texas Hill are victims of a major robbery. Craig Wayne Boyd posted a plea on the band’s Facebook page on Tuesday (July 20) to be on the lookout for a trailer full of music gear, stolen from Nashville’s Sylvan Park neighborhood.
“Y’all, TEXAS HILL, Craig Wayne Boyd, Casey James , and Adam Wakefield just had our trailer stolen from the Sylvan Park area,” Craig wrote. “We had our drum vaults, our guitar vault, our Behringer in Ear rack with three Shure IEMs and all of our Audio-Technica USA microphones to Mike Drums, and all of our vocal mics.? a few guitars, ALL our Merch…” That’s a huge loss! Craig continued, “I’m still trying to put together the list but I will add to this post later… It is a 12 foot, Carry-on Trailer, Inc. trailer with a double axle, black… If anyone sees anything running around town right now please let us know… I am at a loss…”

Craig posted photos of the trailer along with a list of expensive gear the thief got away with. The price tag is mind-boggling.
Texas Hill is a trio of country singers whose members include Craig Wayne Boyd, the winner of The Voice season 7, Adam Wakefield The Voice season 10 runner-up and American Idol season 9 finalist Casey James. The band is in the middle of a tour. So far, it appears they are still on the road. Hope they can recover their stuff and/or are properly insured. Even if the band has good coverage. It’s still a huge pain.
