The Bachelor Monday Ratings Dominate, The Voice Falls Even with Idol

The Voice Monday ratings fell from last week’s 1.5 in the key demo to this week’s 1.3 number. However, the episode delivered Monday’s biggest audience with 8.7 million viewers. The Bachelor ratings won the night with a healthy 2.1 rating, a season high. The number is lower than Colton’s finale a year ago (2.3 rating 8.1 million viewers).

The Voice Monday ratings matched American Idol’s Sunday ratings, but have consistently garnered a larger overall viewing audience. (7.2 million vs 8.7). In other words–Idol and Voice had the same number of 18-49 aged viewers tuning in this week, while The Voice had a larger audience outside of the key demo.
