Heads up! Tonight’s (April 15) The Masked Singer, title “The Masked Singer: Sing Along Spectacular” is just a fancy way to describe a clip show. Therefore, no recap/live blog.
But we WILL be back next Wednesday, when the remaining Super 8–Frog, Banana, Kitty and Rhino take the stage. One will go home. Sharon Osbourne will join host Nick Cannon and panelists Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke as they dive into clues.
Also next week, “The Masked Singer: After the Mask” aftershow debuts, and will air four consecutive weeks at 9 pm ET/PT.
Hosted by Nick Cannon on a virtual stage, The Masked Singer: After the Mask will feature major celebrity guests (remotely) discussing that night’s best moments, stunts, games and impromptu musical performances.
The Masked Singer season 3 runs through the very last week of May, which is outside the May sweeps/end of season cutoff. But with the coronavirus pandemic affecting television production, the networks are throwing the rules right out the window.
FOX will air The Masked Singer repeats on Tuesdays. Right now, it’s all Masked Singer all the time on the network!
The May 6 and 13 shows will likely be Top 5 and Top 4 episodes respectively, with the season 3 finale featuring the final 3 celebrities.
