The Masked Singer UK, which finished its season on ITV Saturday Feb. 12 has crowned a winner! And it’s Australian pop singer, Natalie Imbruglia. She disguised as an adorable panda, faked an American accent and stumped panelists Mo Gilligan, Jonathan Ross, Rita Ora, Davina McCall and guest judge Joss Stone. This, even through Natalie knew both Davina and Rita.
Natalie is best known for her massive 1997 hit, “Torn.”

After an elimination, the final 2 performed favorite songs from the season. Panda chose “Story of My Life” by One Direction.

And Panda is unmasked as Natalie Imbruglia!
The panel guesses were all wrong. Mo guessed Jennifer Hudson. They call Natalie a “singing soap superstar” because she’s also an actress who starred in the Australian soap opera Neighbours back in the early 90s. Three years after leaving the show, she released “Turn.” After being unmasked, Natalie said “I just loved being Panda.” When she put the costume on she would “just become Panda.”
Host Joel Dommett confessed that his wife knows Natalie is his “biggest crush of all time.”

Robobunny aka Westlife’s Mark Feehily finished in third place
Robobunny aka Mark Feehily, was the first to be unmasked. He is a member of the popular Irish boyband, Westlife. The group, managed by The X Factor UK judge, Louis Walsh is known for the oft covered hit “Flying Without Wings.” (The song was American Idol season 2 winner, Ruben Studdard’s coronation single).
The costume is very weird! And so is that falsetto. YIKES.

Mushroom aka Charlotte Church finished in second place
After The Masked Singer eliminated Robobunny, Panda and Mushroom competed head to head. in the second elimination of the night, voters declared Panda the winner, and Mushroom was eliminated and revealed to be singer Charlotte Church.
Charlotte became very famous in the 90s as a child opera singer. She began her career at age 11 in 1992. But once she grew up, audiences lost interest. These days she’s a mom, an activist and television presenter. She also released a pop album in 2005. In fact, she chose Demi Lovato’s “Stone Cold” as her favorite performance.
