The Voice season 14 Knockout rounds begin on Monday (April 2). In this new preview, Jackie Foster rocks out on Evanescence’s “Bring Me to Life,” and Mia Boostrom performs the classic spiritual “Wade in the Water” for a spot in the Live Playoffs for Team Adam Levine.
Thirty two singers in all will vie for a spot in The Voice season 14 Top 24 and an opportunity to perform live for America’s votes.
Additionally, for the first time ever, The Voice winners will return to the show to help mentor the contestants. Season 3’s Cassadee Pope will lend newbie Kelly Clarkson a hand. And former team members, season 12’s Chris Blue will join forces with Alicia Keys. Season 9’s Jordan Smith will help Adam Levine. And reigning winner Chloe Kohanski will aid Blake Shelton.
In the round, two singers face off, each performing a hand-picked song. The contestants’ coach will then choose which singer to advance to the next round. Each coach can steal an eliminated contestant. And in a new twist, each coach can save one of their eliminated contestants–which can also be stolen by a fellow coach!
