In this new video clip, Jordan, Chloe, Chris and Cassadee chat about their ongoing relationships with their respective coaches. Here’s a little update on each of the singer’s upcoming projects:

  • Chris Blue explained that after the show, Alecia called him to say that she really believed in what he’s doing musically and wanted to be part of his journey. Now she co-manages the singer.  She’s also producing songs on his upcoming debut album. “We’ve got two songs out, ‘Humanity’ and ‘Blue Blood Blue.'” He added, “I’m actually working on about 20 songs.” As soon as the album is released he plans on starting a “big tour.”
  • Cassadee Pope just released a new song “Take You Home” and will be releasing a music video for it. She plans to work the fairs and festivals circuit this summer. “Country festivals are so fun!” she gushed.
  • After releasing two full length projects in a year, Jordan Smith has been focusing on writing. He’s travelled to session in London, Nashville and New York.  “I’ve done around 13 songs that I really love and really believe in,” he said. The new record is almost finished. “It’s really special to me,” he shared, “because I wrote these songs. It’s very different from what people are expecting me to do next. And it’s so me.”
  • Chloe Kohanski calls her time so far with Republic Records “A really great experience .” The label is really excited about the 80’s vibe the singer brought to the show. “We’re really going to do it up,” said Chloe. She has one song recorded and was about to begin more writing at the time the clip was filmed. She’s currently writing with folks from Swedish pop empresario Max Martin’s group. “It’s been fun so far,” she says.
