It was a The Voice reunion for Chevel Shepherd, Kennedy Holmes and Sarah Grace on Sunday (Dec 30). The season 15 trio performed a halftime show at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City during the AFC West title game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Oakland Raiders. The Chiefs won 35-3!
The last we saw the trio was at the season 15 finale on December 15 when Team Kelly Clarkson’s Chevel took home the crown. Kennedy from Team Jennifer Hudson came in 4th place, and Sarah, also a member of Team Kelly performed in a group number after being eliminated the week before.
In the halftime performance, each of the singers took the spotlight with a solo, while the others performed backups. First, Sarah sang The Rolling Stones “Jumpin Jack Flash.” Next, it was Kennedy with a rendition of Pink’s “What About Us.” And Sarah finished the set with a performance of Little Big Town’s “Little White Church.”
Check out the performance here. The video, posted on Sarah’s Youtube channel, isn’t high quality, unfortunately.
The girls took snaps before the game. And they were pretty excited to meet Kansas City Chiefs fan, actor Paul Rudd.
