IF the format doesn’t change this season, The Voice will start with 40 singers. In the Battle Rounds, the coaches will pair up artists to perform duets. After, the coach chooses a winner. The remaining singer is either eliminated, saved by their coach or stolen by a fellow coach. 28 singers remain at the end of the round.
In the Knockouts, the coaches pair up team members, who each choose songs to perform. The coach chooses a winner. The remaining singer is either eliminated or stolen by a fellow coach. The four saves from the Battles compete in a four-way knockout. 16 artists remain. The winner of the 4-way Knockout, determined by viewer vote, becomes the 17th semi-finalist.
