The Voice season 21 aired it’s FINAL PERFORMANCES on Monday (Dec 13) The Top 5 sang TWO songs for viewer votes (Read our Recap). Tomorrow night (Dec. 14), ONE artist will be crowned the winner of The Voice.
Each of the five finalists–Wendy Moten, Paris Winningham, Hailey Mia, Girl Named Tom and Jershika performed two songs on final performance night. Wendy ended the night with a show stopping performance of “Over the Rainbow.”

While Girl Named Tom performed both of their song choices–The Chain and Baby Now That I’ve Found you beautifully, they have had better performances in the past. But still, they’ve gained enough fan momentum at this point to stay on track to win the show. For instance, their cover of “The Chain” is No. 2 on itunes followed by last week’s “River” at No. 3. Their “Dust in the Wind” is No. 8. and “Baby Now That I Found You” is No. 11. Another finalist doesn’t appear until Wendy Moten’s “Over the Rainbow” at No. 14.
Paris Winingham, who has coasted his way through much of the season, came out with a fierce and surprising cover of Chaka Khan’s “Ain’t Nobody.” But his “Me and Mrs Jones” charted at No. 25. While Hailey Mia performed at her personal best on Monday, covering two current female artists Olivia Rodrigo and Billie Eilish, and is the most marketable of the five finalists, she may wind up finishing in fourth place behind Paris in 3rd. Performing first and ending her night early in the episode didn’t help her. Nevertheless, Hailey proved that she’s ready to be a pop star. Hopefully her coach Kelly helps her along the way.
Jershika Maple turned in two performances she has every right to be proud of. No matter where she lands tomorrow night, her days working as a security guard are over.
