It’s the final night of Battles on The Voice and Team Reba McEntire, Team John Legend, Team Chance the Rapper and Team Dan and Shay are all about to get a little narrower.

All coaches have used their Playoff Passes, and only John has a steal left.

The Voice 2024: Full Season 25 Schedule

Team Reba – Ashley Bryant vs Elyscia Jefferson – If I Were A Boy

Ashley was so shaky on her first note. Elyscia is already winning but it’s only because of the song. Ashley looks like she’s struggling with it. It’s right in Elyscia’s wheelhouse.

Chance says it was fire and they did the song justice, that Ashley surprised him and Elyscia exudes star quality. Dan and Shay say Ashley showed another side of her voice and Elyscia’s control is one of the best in the competition. John compliments Elyscia’s stylistic choices and Ashley’s big notes. Reba says Ashley sailed past the low note and Elyscia did a great job.

Reba chooses Ashley. (I was not expecting that, not gonna lie)

Team Legend – Mafe vs Rivers Grayson – You’ve Got A Friend

Mafe’s voice is naturally stronger than Rivers’. She drowns him out unfortunately. Mafe sings with vibrance and Rivers seems like a second thought in this duet.

Reba says Rivers’ voice relaxed her and Mafe’s voice had depth. Chance says he loved their dynamic, Rivers’ nostalgic vibrato and Mafe’s strong sense of identity. Dan and Shay compliment the texture of their two voices together. John says Rivers did a perfect job and Mafe has so many special gifts and abilities in her range.

John chooses Mafe.

Team Dan and Shay – Anya True vs AJ Harvey – Half Of My Heart

Perfect song for both of them, but Anya has an edge on AJ here.

Dan and Shay say Anya has grown up on them since the Blinds and AJ stepped up and made it his own.

Dan and Shay choose Anya.

Team Chance – Val T. Webb vs RLetto – Saving All My Love For You

RLetto is killing it despite the song not being his usual style. Also a perfect song for Val’s big voice.

Shay says he’s speechless like their song and Dan says RLetto is a star and Val has a beautiful tone in her higher register. John says RLetto ‘s voice has charater and Val’s voice is pure. Reba says Val always her with her vocal and she loves RLetto ‘s style. Chance emphasizes that they just sang Whitney, Val is seasoned and RLetto showed out.

Chance chooses RLetto. Then John uses his steal on Val!

Next Monday will air a Best of the Blinds/Battles, then April 8th kicks off the Knockouts with mega mentor Keith Urban!
