The Voice 8 Live Playoffs air Monday April 6, and Tuesday April 7 when the Top 20 perform LIVE for your votes! On Wednesday April 8, the finalists WILL BE REVEALED!

Brian Johnson – 24 – Cleveland, OH – @bwjohnsonmusic – Dad was diagnosed with MS and Brian moved back home to help out. He married his high school sweetheart after they graduated from college. Brian’s an R&B singer.

Deanna Johnson – 18 – Hazelhurst, GA – @DeannaJohnson23 – Auditioned for Season 5, but no chairs turned. She got a FOUR chair turn this time. Her dad is a musician.

Brooke Adee – 17 – Tampa, FL – @adeebrooke – Small town girl sings at local restaurants. The family moved from Georgia to Florida because of mom’s Lupus.

Hannah Kirby – Sulphur Springs, TX – @iamhannahkirby – This Texan’s mom is a songwriter. She’s studying psychology at Texas A&M and loves video games. Blues/Rock singer.

Meghan Linsey – 28 – New Orleans, LA – @meghanlinsey – She and her partner made up “Steel Magnolias” which won a major label deal with Big Machine Records after winning the CMT competition “Can You Duet.” As her relationship fell apart, so did her career. She’s known Blake Shelton for 10 years. She opened on tour for him at one point. She’s attempting to transition from country to R&B.

Sarah Potenza – 34 – Providence, RI – @iamsarahpotenza – She lives in Nashville with her husband, where they started a country blues band. She’s an old-school rocker. Her dad has Parkinson’s disease.

Corey Kent White – 20 – Bixby, OK – @coreykentwhite – Lead vocalist for a Texas swing band when he was a teen. He travelled a lot, sang with Willie Nelson. Currently playing the college circuit with his country band.

India Carney – 21 – Brooklyn, NY – @IndiaCarney – Graduating from the UCLA music school, where she was classically trained. She also attended the Fame school in New York City. She’s making the transition to pop music.

Rob Taylor – 22 – Baton Rouge, LA – @itsrobtaylor – R&B singer, raised by a single mom who became paralyzed after a stroke when Rob was only 12.
