The Voice 21 Knockouts continue tonight with three more unforgettable matchups. Here’s a preview from Team John Legend featuring two standout singers, BrittanyBree and Samuel Harness.
BrittanyBree sings a cool version of “Best Part” by Daniel Caesar ft H.E.R. Her runs and ad libs are impeccable. As Kelly Clarkson said, she came with her “gameface” on. Samuel, on the other hand, delivered a gut wrenching performance of Lewis Capaldi’s “Bruises” that left him in tears at the end.
“I felt that physically, emotionally,” said Kelly. “You did such a good job.” Kelly, impressed with Samuel’s song choice said, “Way to pick a song that you obviously can feel!” She added, “To have someone telling a story that you believe every word. I thought that was really cool…it was a beautiful job.” After John begs for Kelly’s help, she splits it down the middle. Samuel chose the better competitive song. But BrittanyBree brought it “to such a competitive level…it made me really want to hear her again.”

“I thought you delivered a killer performance, and did some amazing things vocally” Blake Shelton says to BrittanyBree. On the flip side, he believes that Samuel “just had a moment. You were making me feel it, and the rest of the audience feel it.”
Ariana Grande was on the edge of her seat for BrittanyBree’s performance. “It’s so exciting to listen to you, because I never really know where you are going to go.” She calls Samuel’s voice “so cool,” adding that it “has so many colors that sound so specific and sound so soulful…it sounds like your voice has been through a lot, but you never lose control.” She would also give the battle to Samuel.
John doesn’t know who to choose. “Both of you are so so good!” Find out tonight (Oct 26) on NBC at 8 pm which artist John picks to move on to the Live Shows.
