Bad news all around for Monday’s season premieres. Most numbers are down vs last fall. The Voice is off by 23 percent vs. 2.6 a year ago. It’s the show’s lowest-rated premiere ever.

Dancing with the Stars, at 1.1 in the demo (OUCH) is off 21% from last fall. The really bad news–DWTS was preempted by Monday night football in some cities. The numbers will likely adjust DOWNWARD in this afternoon’s final.

Interestingly, NBC gave Manifest the prime post-Voice spot at 10 pm and it managed to out rate The Voice by 2/10ths of a point! A 2.2 is a terrific number at 10 pm (It’s similar to how This is Us outpaces The Voice in its 9 pm slot on Tuesday).
