NBC’s The Voice ratings, at 1.7 in the 18-49 key demo fell a tenth vs last Tuesday.

The big ratings news today is how the Roseanne spin off, The Conners, fared vs its predecessor. While the show premiered well compared to other series on broadcast, the numbers fell sharply vs Roseanne’s impressive debut last fall.
The series premiere of ABC’s “Roseanne” spin-off, “The Conners,” took the no. 1 spot in the Tuesday night ratings, scoring a 2.3 rating in adults 18-49 and 10.46 million viewers. While this led the night, however, it was (predictably) well below the massive 5.2 that the premiere of the “Roseanne” revival scored earlier this year, and couldn’t match the 2.5 that the revival’s finale – its lowest-rated episode – posted either. Still, “The Conners” now ranks as the season’s highest-rated series debut, beating out NBC’s “Manifest” for the top spot.
