Ever since American Idol finished its run back in April, winner Trent Harmon has been making an effort to perform little mini-concerts for his fans on Thursdays. This week, the singer performed “Bed I Made” by one of his favorite artists, MR. Allen Stone. Watch the performance right here. Trent apologizes for mumbling a few of the lyrics. Still…it’s good!
Trent manages to keep in constant touch with his fans via Twitter and Facebook. Indeed, he’s a constant presence on Periscope the social media video app, where the singer performs, shoots the breeze, and shares news tidbits. This, despite a busy schedule gearing up for the release of his first post-Idol country single, “There’s a Girl.”
For instance, Trent kicked off his radio tour promoting “There’s a Girl,” on Tuesday at Kicks 101.5 in Atlanta, Georgia. The ENTIRE 4 song acoustic set streamed live on social media and included, “There’s a Girl,” Marty Robbins “Burn Me Down,” “Falling” and Sia’s “Chandelier.” Watch it here!
“There’s a Girl” will officially hit country radio on June 24.
