In the cinematic video, Chris and the band battle menacing forces as they attempt to escape an industrial, apocalyptic hellhole. The band and mysterious security forces engage in shadowy hand-to-hand combat. The video boasts a storyline like something out of Chris’s beloved super-hero comics. And yes, super powers are involved!

The story ends in a cliffhanger. But Chris promises there is a method to his madness.
The song is the follow up to 2020’s single, “World on Fire.” the American Idol season 5 alum hinted in an interview with Variety that the two songs are part of a much bigger picture.
“I’ve got a huge vision for all of this,” Chris said shortly after filming the video, “and it’s all going to make sense one day when the record comes out.”
