NBC Announces Midseason 2025 Premiere Dates, including a The Voice early kickoff
NBC recently unveiled premiere dates for the network’s midseason 2025 schedule. The Voice season 27 gets an earlier start than usual, kicking off on Monday February 4. However, it’s not on the Tuesday schedule.
No Tuesday shows for The Voice 27?
The hour-long Deal or No Deal Island is scheduled for Tuesday’s 9 pm slot. Likely, once that show ends it’s run later in the season, The Voice will begin airing on Tuesdays. At the very least, it will likely broadcast twice a week for at least the 2-3 week live shows.
After a long absence, Adam Levine returns to his big red chair. John Legend comes back after taking a season off and Michael Bublé sits in for a second season. Newbie Kelsea Ballerini takes a chair. As always and probably forever, Carson Daly hosts.
It’s worth noting that The Voice will begin a full month before American Idol kicks off on Sunday March 9. For the past few seasons, American Idol started in mid-February while The Voice premiere in March. Kind of a switcharoo schedule-wise.
