They’re about to embark on the final leg of their Take Me Home world tour – but when One Direction hit the road in Australia later this month it’s clear there’ll be no shortage of things to do between shows.
The band have been resting up for the last few weeks after closing the US leg of their mammoth tour in Los Angeles on August 10.
Normal business will resume on September 23 when they kick off their Australian stretch with a show in Adelaide – and they plan to arrive in their very own, souped up ‘Mystery Machine.’

Looks like someone’s worked up quite an appetite.
Indeed, One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles appeared have splashed out on enough takeaway food to feed a veritable army on Saturday – just hours before he set off for Australia with his band-mates.
The 19-year-old looked like he was enjoying his final day of relative peace and quiet before madness descends when the group take to the stage in Adelaide for what will be the first show on the final leg of their Take Me Home would tour.

He was crowned as the winner of The X Factor last year but let’s face it – success hasn’t exactly come easy to James Arthur.
Ok, his debut single Impossible debuted at number one and went on to sell 1.2million copies, making it the second-best selling X Factor winner single ever, beaten only by Alexandra Burke’s Hallelujah.
But almost a year on from his win, he’s only releasing his second single next month and his first album a few weeks later.

James Arthur has eaten his words after an angry online attack at One Direction, it which he apparently declared they are nothing more than a ‘manufactured band’.
Last year’s X Factor winner – who released his debut solo single You’re Nobody ‘Til Somebody Loves You – has now said he has nothing but ‘respect’ for the 1D boys, who also shot to fame on the ITV talent contest in 2010.
James’ acid-tongued attack came when fan Tyler Lee, 17, wrote on Twitter that One Direction were the biggest X Factor success.

The X Factor winner has just unveiled the video for new single You’re Nobody ‘Til Somebody Loves You – his second release but his ‘official’ debut following the obligatory release of winner’s single Impossible last December.
While the track embraces an upbeat, R&B vibe, its accompanying promo has the 25-year-old Teesider prompting a veritable street party out of thin air after taking to a makeshift stage in the middle of a run-down residential street.

But after reuniting Take That to huge success and becoming a judge on The X Factor, the singer is ready to go it alone again.
The 42-year-old announced on Tuesday he was working on a new solo album, the follow up to his 1999 album Twelve Months, Eleven Days.

South African singer Jeanette Akua has been paired with two other singers to form a band called Stop, Look, Listen, The Sun reports.

X Factor 2013: Sam Callahan “groomed for stardom” ahead of audition
X Factor 2013 hopeful Sam Callahan has apparently invited to audition for the show this year.
The teenager has reportedly been “groomed for stardom”, having been managed by former Pop Idol boss Simon Fuller.
The Daily Star reports that Sam has also been on tour with last year’s finalists Union J and District 3, and has even released a single with the help from former McFly and Busted boss John McLaughlin.
