3rd Update:  Country singer, Brandon Heath tweeted,   “It’s been a tough secret to keep, but sang in Carrie Underwood and Mike Fishers wedding last night. So honored and thankful to be here.”

2nd Update: The Ottawa Citizen posted some photos of Carrie and Mike they were  leaving Greensboro this morning. Check them out HERE.

Update: This morning, Carrie and Mike took off on a private jet, headed for Los Angeles according to the  the Ottawa Citizen reporters who have been stalking following the wedding in Greensboro.  From LA, the couple will take off for their honeymoon, reportedly  in Bora Bora and Tahiti.  More HERE.

More on Carrie Underwood’s wedding from the Ottawa Citizen: John Mellencamp was in town, but nobody would say why.  Security was so tight,   the reporters covering the wedding could only describe (for paragraphs) the world-famous  buttermilk pie Carrie ordered for her guests from a local cafe. Rodney Ho of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution speculates on the security measures Carrie and Mike took to keep people quiet. Rodney’s own connection fell silent after 12:43 pm on Friday. Read more HERE.
